We are blessed to be able to offer Yoga outdoors (weather permitting) reaping the benefits of the spectacular garden that enjoys both sunrise, sunshine and sunsets. Set in a traditional oast house, our serene, bijou, indoor Yoga studio is just delightful. Samsara Co-founder, Dipu Das, delivers yoga classes that are deeply rooted in a traditional Sanskrit way, in the Vedic tradition. Classes are small and cater to mixed abilities. Everyone is always a beginner on the Yoga journey and Dipu’s special quality is that he makes you feel as though you are the only student in his class. You learn a little nugget of wisdom every time you are taught by Dipu.

Sip tea in the garden after class and notice the beauty of the flowers at your feet. Yoga here is not about touching your toes, it’s about finding yourself. It’s your practice, your journey.

From time to time, and often during our weekend retreats, other Yoga teachers will join us here at Samsara to provide greater variety in styles.
