I had a vision to create a space where like-minded folk could gather to appreciate the beauty of all that life offers. Yoga is a common bond for many of our guests. My journey started after being wheelchair bound and discovering Yoga and its transformative power to my health. Now the Samsara family is nurturing and restoring others from all over the UK and abroad.
We embrace all that is yoga, it’s not just about physical exercise, (although that does play a part) it is about a lifestyle built on kindness, compassion and non-judgement. We are open to embracing all faiths and respect those with no religious beliefs. Everyone is welcome here.
13th century Clements Cottage was offered to us by two kindred spirits who appreciated our dream to guide others to this magical little pocket of Kent. Its charming, hobbit-style nooks and crannies and oak beams would tell a thousand stories, if only walls could speak. Our eclectic interior design skills are fun, yet traditional in essence, and is constantly evolving. We have not scrimped on the standard of luxury for guest’s comfort as we appreciate the value of a good night’s rest.
It is no surprise that the grounds have been transformed here, as Lorraine has run her successful gardening enterprise, The Passionate Gardener, for the past 20 years. The house and gardens have been brought back to life and are simply magical.
