Here is what you’ll get up to on a Feel Good Friday:

9am Arrival – Tea and Welcome Chat

9.30 Yoga with Dipu

11am Nutrition talk and salad jar making with Chloe (Please bring one ingredient advised by Samsara and 5x 600mm these jars can be sourced inexpensively in places such as hobbycraft and homeware shops)

12pm Lunch

1.15 Grounded Meditation – David will hold a mindfulness and meditation session in the studio to help you relax and unwind ready for the weekend

2.30pm Guests depart

All for just £49 per person.

Mothers Day Pamper Afternoon – Saturday 21st March

Enjoy some special bonding time alone, with other mummies or bring your own lovely mummy on our Mother’s Day Pamper Afternoon.

For everything, she does for you why not treat your lovely Mummy to an afternoon of:

– Yoga(beginners welcome)

– Mini manicures and pedicures (file and polish)

– Delicious homemade cake with a glass of bubbles or tea and coffee

– All topped off with a relaxing meditation

Come to Samsara to feel indulgently spoilt, and remember that you deserve a treat every now and then.
